Children could have gotten 2-3spells toddlers 1-2 which always go wrong because they're toddlers. Could have done a great story room toddlers through adult becoming a spellcaster. And if not toddlers, as least children should be able to us magic.
In TS3 kids can use brooms to travel and toddlers can make toys appear and disappear. On a pack focused solely on magic it seems kind of lackluster to me.
