Has the Rate of Fire Outbreaks Gone Up? UPDATED MORE PICTURES

I thought so the first week after the Firefighters were reintroduced, but I must admit I saw no kitchen or BBQ fire in quite some time in my game. Might have been 1 fire from playing about 50 simdays, so I don't think it's a lot.
