Has the Rate of Fire Outbreaks Gone Up? UPDATED MORE PICTURES

I haven't had ANY fires. Of course, now I probably just jinxed myself. I do have to say that I don't usually have a dryer. My Sim's tend to make poor food instead of burnt food when they start out. Although, I do have fireplaces and don't upgrade them I haven't had them catch fire. Then, there is that 'combustibles' N.A.P. that caused all the toilet fires. I hope you can tone those down.
