Has the Rate of Fire Outbreaks Gone Up? UPDATED MORE PICTURES

I rarely see any fires in my game. A dryer caught fire once and I had a sim with poor cooking skills who always managed to set the kitchen on fire. I rarely use fireplaces even when they are in the house and I never upgrade them, but one of my sims has two and recently they are always on and have never caught fire. Maybe the fire incidents are related to a sims's traits or skills?
