I do know that almost all wooden basegame and Ep floors have the mention that they are more flammable. But i do not know was it the EP or the patch before it , what added the mention on floors :)
Worth for checking does those wooden floors in your game also have the mention?
The living room floor is marble. And the flooring in the laundry room just off of the kitchen, I believe is either marble or linoleum. It's an expensive house. But, I will check on that, because since the father got torched by the fireplace, and the eldest son by the dryer, I thought things would 'settle down' for a moment. No. I'm just not that lucky. Same fireplace and my Global Superstar's number was called. Happily, he was able to extinguish himself, too. But wow. Just wow.
