Has the Rate of Fire Outbreaks Gone Up? UPDATED MORE PICTURES

(not to the OP): If you have only have had 3 fires in 1000 hours of gameplay you are the luckiest person in the multiverse. I have learned a long time ago to only make salads until my Sim's cooking skill is at least 3, or i will have on average a fire per in-game week before then. And that has been constant since 2014.
