Has your Sim ever been invited to another Sim's party - birthday, whatever?

We have a serious situation developing on potentially unfair treatment of some players's Sims. None of my Sims have ever been invited to parties - I've played quite a few Sims - played families - v...

The only party invites you get from other Sims that I know of are for birthday parties while aging of unplayed Sims is on and dance parties at the 3 special lots in Windenburg with GT.
