Has your Sim ever been invited to another Sim's party - birthday, whatever?

We have a serious situation developing on potentially unfair treatment of some players's Sims. None of my Sims have ever been invited to parties - I've played quite a few Sims - played families - v...

It happens rarely in my game. I had maybe three party invitations, every one was a birthday invitation, but I mostly declined them because I play with aging off and want to decide by myself when these sims should age up :)
