Has your Sim ever changed their name?

I've had a few adoptees have their surnames change, and married couples too. From the way the first post was phrased, though, do you mean that a Sim is acting more like a "Richard" rather than a "Dewey" ? Like the behaviour of the Sim is contradictory to how they -should- be acting.
If that's the case, I can't say I have had that happen to me.
I have renamed numerous Townie Sims, but that was when they had that bug where they all had (Indian or Japanese?) influenced names, but looked like they had just walked off a beach near Sydney.
Incidentally, Jackie Hill was an actress who played Barbara Wright, one of the first three companions of the first Doctor Who, William Hartnell. Jacqueline Hill
