Haunted apartments?
Will we be able to set apartments in San Myshuno to haunted lot trait? or is it just houses?

Sadly not, it's a lot type rather than a lot trait (similar to tiny home and rental) and you can't change the lot type of an apartment so it won't be possible. Could use it for penthouses though
