Have a sim get fat from your family's cooking...

In reference to legacies, how do you interpret this one?

I'm pretty sure you don't get any kind of notification that you're as fat as possible (I wasn't notified when another sim was as fit as possible), so is it just..what you consider to be fat? Some sims get a sort of middle aged "spread" or after having a load of kids female sims don't usually recover their old figures. It seems completely up to interpretation, right?

I ask because I had my second generation heir become quite tubby as a toddler and she's always been fat since, despite both of her brothers being very skinny. Would you count that?

It's to get the sim to maxed fatness on the slider scale. You will need to take them into CAS with full edit on to check and see. You don't get notification when a sim maxes the fat/fit slider. This is the only way I know to check. But Pinstar means that the scale be maxed out, for the legacy challenge.

Doesn't that count as a cheat? I thought the only cheat you were allowed to use was "money x" so that you don't bring in money with a spouse or to get your starting amount.

As a cheat to check the status of something? No, just looking doesn't count as a cheat. Entering that cheat and then going and maxing their fatness with the sliders... that would be the cheat.
  • Every bit of food in the game has a set of calories. I remember ages ago there was a mod that actually showed those calories but I can't remember it. But lack of exercise, childbirth, and simply eating when not necessarily hungry (fully green) all play factors for adults.

The toddler/child weight is determined by three things in this factor:

    1. Parent's gene weight (fat scale)
    2. How much it was fed as an infant.
    3. Lack of exercise (overtime)

So if your toddler has rather thin-ish parents but is a chubby toddler, It's possible that your sims could have used the feed interaction a little too much while it wasn't hungry as an infant.

Edit: forgot to add the 3rd lol.
