I have all the packs, but only about half the kits... Quite a few of the packs are new additions for me though, as I got several for Christmas and then spent some of my own money yesterday for a few more. So much simming happening right now over the holiday break for me!
For the kits I don't have, I have no intention of ever getting them. They don't appeal to me.
