I did a Rags2Riches Extreme a year or 2 ago, inspired by James Turner. Bought my sim an empty lot and a market table. He could ONLY sell things he found from the table, never from inventory or BB. He spent most of his time in parks (people are always grilling there :p ) and at the gym/pool (for showers etc.) It was a LOT of fun, and it took me quite a long time to finish the challenge part. I had my own flexible rules, but still kept it challenging.
