Having a baby, boy or girl

I don't know if you use mods or not but this mod still works after the last update: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=540916. Very easy to use. Just read the instructions.

To have a girl, you need to eat strawberries and listen to pop music (strawberry cake is also fine), and for a boy you have to eat carrots and listen to alternative music.

To have a baby boy: Eat carrots and listen to alternative music on the radio.

By the way, for anybody playing with MC Command Center's Pregnancy module installed, the EA food/music tricks Will Not Matter.

MC is overriding all of that. You can choose the number and gender(s) of babies right up until the birth, or leave it all blank for random (or to have whatever the initial pregnancy says is coming).

I always have 1 boy and 1 girl, idk why. I guess I'm just lucky :)

That isn't true and has never been in the game as far as I know. Strawberries / pop music for girls, carrots / alternative music for boys. Don't think there is a way to guarantee twins but there is a bug where almost every birth (at least in my game ) are twins.

I read that if both sims are flirty at woohoo, then you get twins. In my game, the Pancakes were flirty and I got twins. Another couple was not flirty, and they only had one kid.

I kept having boys for the first time but then I finally had a girl
