Having fun playing Island paradise in Sims 3 while awaiting Island living release.

When island paradise came out I couldn’t enjoy it because it made my laptop inside fan like...blow up. Wish I could go back and try it out. I remember enjoying the world though, it was vibrant and colorful.

I tried to do this as well but the lag in Isla Paradiso got so bad I couldn't handle it anymore :(

I remember the frustration too well! It was my favourite world to play in back in TS3 but it was so incredibly laggy and full of bugs that it was at times completely unplayable. It required a loooot of patience but I love it to bits when it worked.

I think the upcoming TS4 pack will be a lot more enjoyable in many aspects but an important one is that it won't have for sure as many bugs as Island Paradise had.

I removed Sims 3 from my other computer due to space. I now have 2 computers and have Sims3, Sims 4, and Sims Medieval between both. I own Sims 2 and may actually download and install it again. : )

I tried but the lag in isla paradiso was so bad. It was literally freezing every time my sim moved. I play sims 4 with all packs on ultra and it runs very smooth so it isn’t my computer. A little sad but I played in a custom world from another user not tropical really but does have dive spots.

Tried to give it a chance again and the lag was so frustrating, I just ended up uninstalling Sims 3. I am just playing Strangerville will I wait.

When I first pre-ordered Island Paradise, I was so excited and then ended up being disappointed how I couldn't do a lot and it also overheated my old computer.
