I do pay attention to thought bubbles, but depending on the sort of save and sim I'm playing I don't always act on them. They come in handy sometimes if i need something to help me make certain "tie-breaker" kinds of decisions, though. :) I also have autonomous proposals turned on in MCCC, which takes care of some of those decisions for me, lol.

I pay attention to their thought only when it comes to big decisions, but even then I rely mostly on their whims system. Most of the time thought bubbles are inconsequential IMO. Still I do try to incorporate some randomness.

Thanks for all the input, although I do still sit on the fence over this. And not for the same reason, either. Yesterday, the much-needed UPDATED Road to Fame mod was released. Now, here I sit, enjoying the TEST save and wondering do I go back to my MAIN save and pick up where I left off, play them both, or keep with this 'new' save? Oi. I'm rarely this indecisive. I guess I'm torn. Maybe I'll keep both, and play both, since the Sims are the same, just at different moments in their pixelated lives. I'm mean, in the TEST save everybody is young again and the first generation are still very much alive. Whereas in the Main save, the first generation, including Brianna's parents-in-law are all deceased. Playing Erik's life all over again may stem the need to 'start over' with any impasse that comes up, yet, I just don't know. I've been patiently waiting for the updated version of the mod and yet now that it's here, it's almost too late. I'm invested in the new save. To be honest, I was torn during the game play of the Main save, too, which is also causing the indecision. My dream is to follow Erik right up to the end of his life, watching him perform as an Elder. I had that goal in Sims3, but then Sims4 came out and it was postponed until we got GF and RTF paved the way for me to try again. Oh, well. I'll figure it out at some point. LOL

I mostly use whims to decide my sims lives except for the bigger decisions because they rarely seem to roll whims for big decisions. Occasionally I will get sims wanting to get engaged or have a baby but not that much. I wish it would be more. The thought bubbles I pay no attention as they seem kind of random.

I've been using the whims, since all my female sims seem to be thinking of diapers lately :D

Ah, they're feeling the proverbial time-clock. Tick, tick, tick …

The only thing I really think of with thought bubbles or even talking bubbles is the "Propose Crazy Scheme." I try to think of what they might be actually proposing and if it's actually fesible.

...and then I'm usually busy doing other things so I don't really follow up on that. :P
