Sims with the “Childish Trait” can “Taste Fountain's Contents”. When selected, Sims will dip their hand into the fountain to “taste test” the fountain contents.
Yes, I only control my five Sims in the Dorm. The rest run around and act like mad things. LOL I do not exert control.
