Hello, my sim has to do research flirty emotion for his gig

Thanks for all opinions. Eventually, I had to use drain life spirit after using flirty interaction with his stan. But I still wonder there is a way to become a five star single actor without romance. The reason I don't wan to start romance is because my sims want to go for steady, then, propose, then marriage, then baby..etc...Starting romance is the first step of becoming a family. At the moment, I don't want to make love relationship with anybody in game but I want to keep this actor career.
