Hello my fellow simmersI am having an issue that is really torking me off ... I have all the expansions, game pack, kits and etc. However, I wish I NEVER bought the Eco one ... I HATE It more and more everyday.I have gone into Game Options -> Pack Settings -> Disable Voting at Community Boards and Disable Neighborhood Action PlansI then applied changes ... Saved my game ... Completely exited my game ... Reloaded my game ... The items I changed are still disabled ...However, I keep getting the message Power Conservation Day now in effect ... All power will be off for the next 12 hours and my power goes out ...UggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggI thought opting out / disabling the eco stuff stopped that ..Is there a way to uninstall JUST the eco stuff and not have it be a part of my game ?Is this a bug ?Is anyone else having this issue ?Thanks in advanceAurora

Shutting off the NAPs doesn’t disable the notifications. I think it’s a bug. So even though you’re getting the notifications you should see that there are no NAPs actually in effect by shift clicking your mailbox. If you want to disable the Eco Living pack you can follow this tutorial here:https://youtu.be/9K3mMf-HtIs

You need to repeal that NAP during the voting period to remove it from the neighbourhood.

@Kita5399 Thank you so much for your reply ... I went in and deleted ALL my saves ... LOL ... Now I am going to let Eco load now that I have disabled it ... Hopefully that will do it ... I really want all the CAS and Build Mode stuff ....

It just means your played sims control what is added from that point forwards. EL neighbourhoods start out with some NAPs in place, the rest of the world starts with none.To remove them, you need to repeal them. With NPC voting disabled they won't get re-added unless you vote for it.

If you disabled the voting, etc you'll get the messages but nothing should happen. Did your power get turned off for power conservation day?

And I know you can uninstall packs, think in origin not game, but not sure of the particulars.

@EmmaVane .... I know you need to repeal those ... BUT ... I disabled the entire system in my game options so it shouldn't have happened to begin with

@Pamtastic72 I watched the video ... I did what it said ... It worked ... BUT .. I lost all the CAS and Build stuff that came with that expansion ...

If you are playing a Save that had NAP’s already, then they remain once you disable everything. There are two ways to get rid of them 1. The non-cheat way: on the first day of voting, load one house in each neighborhood and have them repeal the votes (this is a long process). 2. The cheat way: use testingcheats then enter one house in each neighborhood and right click the mailbox, this should give you the option to instantly repeal any NAP’s (note this needs to be done in every neighborhood). That will stop them from ever coming back, unless you direct it yourself. There is a bug as someone else mentioned, that causes a pop up on Monday’s telling you something was voted in, but it doesn’t actually apply it’s just text.

Oh sorry, I guess I assumed you understood that removing a pack removed everything from that pack.
