Help ... Is there a way

Hello my fellow simmers

I am having an issue that is really torking me off ... I have all the expansions, game pack, kits and etc. However, I wish I NEVER bought the Eco one ... I HATE It more and more everyday.

I have gone into Game Options -> Pack Settings -> Disable Voting at Community Boards and Disable Neighborhood Action Plans
I then applied changes ... Saved my game ... Completely exited my game ... Reloaded my game ...
The items I changed are still disabled ...

However, I keep getting the message Power Conservation Day now in effect ... All power will be off for the next 12 hours and my power goes out ...

Ugggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg

I thought opting out / disabling the eco stuff stopped that ..

Is there a way to uninstall JUST the eco stuff and not have it be a part of my game ?
Is this a bug ?
Is anyone else having this issue ?

Disabling NPC voting doesn't remove any NAPs that have already been added. It just means your played sims control what is added from that point forwards. EL neighbourhoods start out with some NAPs in place, the rest of the world starts with none.

To remove them, you need to repeal them. With NPC voting disabled they won't get re-added unless you vote for it.
