In Sims 4 Cats & Dogs you can buy a vet clinic.
I don't have any problems with my sims being to rich. In fact their household funds amount drops when ever bill time comes around. Not to mention that the butler still needs to be payed. So that take the amount of simoleons that my sims have in their household funds down even further.
