Help, Shadow glitch?

Question

Hello, I have a issue with my game and the shadows.

Things i did before this happened.
- Updated my Graphics Card Nvidia
- Updated reShade to the latest version

I have low settings for my game. I have taken out mod/CC folders and it still looks like this in game
When im in BnB and Live mode the shadows move around when i move around the lot etc
