Oh this is fun. Though I have my MCCC restricted so that Adults don't marry Young Adults, etc. I find it weird when someone's dad marries my kid's high school friends, LOL, even if they're young adults so I have it set to restrict marriages to age groups.
I started a save and have started doing similar. I'm using the Sims wiki for parents (and sometimes siblings) to get all their names right. It's slow going because I'm doing it between playing my regular save, but it's a lot of fun.
