Yes, basically. I placed them into CAS from my ongoing game, then took them into the game again, so that I could split the Sim I wanted to upload from the family. I made the mistake on the first go-around of trying simply to remove the other adult Sim, leaving the Sim I wanted to upload with the infant twins. Face/palm. I thought that was the reason it was a no-go. So, I deleted and tried again. This time I split the correct Sim from the family, so no infants accompanied him. I still can't upload. What the heck?
I will try again, since it was suggested shutting down the game and powering up again may help. This is just crazy.
