I know with the revamped tutorial there were some hidden aspirations included such as overachiever, chef, athlete etc I know there's cheats to assign the reward traits from it but is there anyway to ...

See thing is I once had a unplayed townie (Alexander Goth) was when I went to play had the overachiever aspiration even though he didn't have a roommate, talking to his family helped him complete it. That makes me assume there must be a way outside of it that you could access it?
I think they just forgot to make it so random sims couldn’t have those aspirations. They also show up on randomly generated sims.
