Jag installerade om Sims 4 på svenska och nu står det som bilderna visar. Hur installerar jag om expansion packs? Eller hur kan jag få det att funka på annat sätt?

Försök att reparera spelet. Kolla så att dina packs ligger i samma mapp som du installerade om spelet i.
Try a game repair. Check so that your packs are in the same folder that you reinstalled the game in.
