Otherwise my suggestions take other packs and travel.
The deodorizing cream from OR... but you can't leave and also you have to have Outdoor Retreat and find and identify elderberry at least (and get to level 2 herbalism skill) .. it only takes elderberry, strawberry and 2 parsley though so it's not a hard recipe if you aren't above a small amount of cheating and have a grill.
There is also the waterfall in a bottle from Jungle Adventures.. but that takes money and traveling.
I really wish pools gave some hygiene and I believe there are mods out there if you felt like including a mod you could build a stone type of pool and take a dip.. that would possibly be the most realistic.
I'm not that strict when I play normally I send them to the gym or at least let them wash their hands a bunch in a sink. I have a outdoor living man with no electricity but I got him the trait that helps with hygiene and he takes a trip to a nearby spa from time to time to use the facilities if necessary. He has bushes to "go" in and a fire/tent to keep him warm.
Good thing being stinky won't kill them.. but it's not fun to look at or live with.
