Horse Ranch and Get Together (Clubs)

I still have not tried to make "Drink bar drinks" a club activity. However, I did take a sim to the former dance hall. It's not even a nightclub anymore in my game, it's a community marketplace, (The Swap Meet), though I did leave the bar and dance floor, and most of the other furniture, I just added a few sales tables outside and on one end of the patio.

But when I took my sim there alone, not for a club meeting, I had her set out one nectar bottle and leave it on the bar, and then take another and pour servings at a table. Before she could even take a sip, good old Nancy swooped in and walked off with a glass from one bottle and the other entire bottle. So... I don't know what that means, except that evidently other sims will drink the nectar on their own in at least some circumstances.
