How annoying is Agnes Crumplebottom? - Trying to decide if I will buy Cottage Living or not

The Sims 4 Agnes attacks other Sims? I didn't even know that. That's never happened to me before. I see her in the CL world, and maybe a few times I saw her walking around other neighborhoods, but she is not really a Sim I interact with. I think the few times I chatted with her she was very angry and I've seen her stomping around a few times, so I think it's maybe her usual mood buff. I'm going to try and find her in my game with a couple of romantic Sims and see what she does..
