How annoying is Agnes Crumplebottom? - Trying to decide if I will buy Cottage Living or not

Just don't make any romantic gestures in front of Agnes and you shouldn't have any problems. I see her mainly when I do errands for her or go to her stall and haven't had a problem. I love the ability to farm and take care of animals in the game and the world is beautiful! But I definitely would not invite Agnes to a wedding, LOL!
