How annoying is Agnes Crumplebottom? - Trying to decide if I will buy Cottage Living or not

She's not annoying at all. She is around a lot, she is always grumpy and angry but she is also very sweet.

Once my sims were on a Finchwick fair. Agnes is always there. My sims kissed and Agnes immediatelly rushed to my sim. Only to give her a gift. How sweet of her.

Oh and once I caught her dining at a restaurant with a guy of her age. She was lovely to him.
