How big is your family tree?

Its not easy! I'm honestly playing rotationally throughout the whole world and now that I'm on Gen 6, its getting taxing. I'm more interested in just sticking to San Myshuno and some of Windenburg. Also, testingcheats on is my best friend. Keeps their health up and let's me play large households!

It also really helps if you love your heir or legacy founder. I was obsessed with my founder Margot and have always picked my favorite child to be the heir. I usually only end up liking one of the five kids anyways.

@aprilrose I really was curious to how your tree looked. Very, very impressive!! Do you still play that family?

@ChelleJo I sure do, it's been my main save since release. Right now it's just the last 3 generations that are alive.

Sims 4 is the first time I've really been excited about sticking with a legacy family. Before then, I only managed to get 2 or 3 generations in before making different sims. I am only really digging into the second generation on my current legacy, but I experienced some culling issues in previous saves. This time I will be keeping track on The Plum Tree. I plan to move non-heirs out into the map and visit them on occasion to keep the family going in their lines, as well to really grow the family tree.

I think I'm on gen 15 mine is just so big at this point it's not registering sims as being dead. I'll take a video :)

Thats an awesome family tree! I always wanted to have a big family but always got bored by the third generation or i would go off and start playing something else. I have started a legacy family finally in the sims 4 and I'm liking it so far but not nearly close to what you have!

I have 11 generations, but don't have a full tree in game because I've changed saves twice along the way. I keep track of them the old fashioned way, pen on paper. I tried to use family echo, but it was so tedious I gave up.
