How common are twins?
So I know it might just be chance but I have only had three sims give birth in game and the first was twins. Wondering how common it is to get twins.

I’ve discovered that if you have a pregnant sim eat honey cake, they’ll have twins. Just happened across it, tried it a couple more times and twins every time.
