How do I build a vet clinic?
I'm trying to build a clinic, but I can't find a proper lot type for it. I looked at the pre-made one in Brindleton Bay and it is set as a vet clinic lot, but when try to build one on a different lot...

I disabled my mods folder and the venue showed up. I think I did use Get to College a while ago, but I thought I removed it. Once I find it, I'm sure that'll fix the problem.
