How do I edit this part of the body?

Huh, I've never seen this in my game before. Is she an elder? Just wondering if it's intended to look like that and I've never noticed. The only solution I can think of is to try moving her entire face up, might help. Or try extending her jawline outwards and/or her chin. Good luck!

Oh, also, do you have any mods/cc in your game. Perhaps a conflict with one of them is causing this issue as well? Just a thought... *shrugs*

Try selecting a new shape for the jaw or chin. (I can't remember which of the two affects this but one of em should)

Also try going into detail mode once you select a new jaw/chin?

Honestly, I have never seen this before. It may be a detail edit thing or maybe even a neck thing, but I have absolutely no idea.

Wow, women don't have Adam's Apples! Not even elderly women. We all get that loose neck thing going with age, but no bump!

This game I started with no MODs or CCs, the way I found to fix that was selecting another jaw preset, but I'm still curious how this thing happend.

I know there is one jaw preset that has a different type of throat than all the others. I never looked at it from the side, because it already looks horrible from the front. I always end up selecting a different one. Anyway, it could be this one.

Some of the jaw presets have double/triple chins to fit better with fat sims, but sims of any weight can randomize with those presets. That's all that this was.

I'm pretty sure that's happened in my game before, as other people said you probably have to pick some different presets
