how do I get the juice quirk

I have a teen who is trying to become a singer. So far, he's doing really well. Became a Notable Newcomer right away. Sadly, he was experiencing a phase one evening when he went out to a Talent Show. He got 'gifted' with the EmotionBomb quirk. Yikes. It's not like he even got angry, but he did cry in public. :open_mouth: He's now a Rising Star. We'll see where that takes him.
