How do I get Tomatoes?
I bought probably 20 units of every type of seed from both the garden box and the computer, I scoured the neighborhoods, I went into all the community buildings and the park. What am I missing? Also ...

You can't get tomatoes from Seed bags, you'll have to find it out in the world. I've got 24/31 now, if I recall correctly.
Travel to the left-most neighborhood in Oasis Springs, the one with the Slipshod Mesquite, Pebble Borrow lots. There's a public garden area on the outskirts of the area, just explore the edges of the zone, and you'll find a tomato plant (as well as onion, sage and a few other plants)
