I like the daycare option. The nanny from the Sims 2 was notorious for barely taking care of the baby. Leaving him on the floor while the nanny watched TV all day or tried to cook something and started a fire, lol.
I think the babysitting will become a real issue in TS4 if we get toddlers one day. Maybe if we get toddlers, they'll introduce a new follow-your-Sim-to-work type career of babysitting/nanny. :)
