How do i know if my sim is pregnant?
How am i knowing if my Sim is pregnant? I don't wanna have an unexpected baby cause my house is to small for that!

TFB is the only to have a baby, so there can never be an "unexpected" baby...at this time. Alien abductions added back in can change that. When they TFB, the option to "take pregnancy test" appears when clicking the toilet.
