How do I make bunk beds?

I've seen decorative only. Well the bottom bed is functional but the top is not.

I'm sure it is just a matter of time before there are actual functioning bunkbeds. They're too good a thing to not bring back. I haven't made any decorative bunk beds so I can't tell you but it looks like an enlarge cheat on a desk or table with a bed on top of that. Maybe someone who can be more helpful will give you an answer. :)

I never clicked on that thread so I'm only guessing this is the steps, turn on move objects cheat and then place a single bed on top of another. Not sure if the top bed works but Im guess it's worth testing.

In the cheat bar type bb.moveobjects on/off

Love bunk beds and hope we get them soon

That wasn't the thread, but... I didn't know it was set as head. I thought that was a recent addition...
I looked up the cheat I thought made this possible, but didn't work for me when I tried it, so I thought I'd ask how bunk beds were done on here (and find out about the proper cheat for y axis moving.)

Edit: I was wrong! The cheat is still there. It's bb.moveobjects on
and then shift + 9 to raise an object
shift + 0 to lower an object.

It can be done, but I'll have to figure out how to make a head-board for it and if anything with pool ladder can be done.

Oh, that was the thread that I saw. Strange, there must be another one. In that thread, they use a 1x2 block table in between the two beds to create a bunkbed look or a desk (page 1, 1st post by OP)

I thought I saw a mod for functional bunk beds the other day, think it was while doing a search for best Sims 4 mods. Not much for you to go on, but it might be a start..
