how do i make my own nannies

You can't make your own.

You can't create your own Nannies, but you can go into Household Management to edit the already-generated ones.

You can change their appearance by using this method
Testingcheats true, casfulleditmode on and shift click the Nannie. This will take you to CAS so you can edit away.

As @SarahsShady has mentioned, press 'ctrl+shift+c' to bring out the console, then type:
testingcheats true and cas.fulleditmode, then shift+left-click Nannie. It is worth mentioning that you can also edit the nannie's personalities. ;)

It works for me so I assume it'll work for you, also once I had a nanny that hated children, I figured this when the nanny and mother were conversing.

Did you include a period? It's cas.fulleditmode not casfulleditmode

It's not the only option anyway. Go to Manage Worlds, enter cas.fulleditmode, then go into Manage Households > Not in World and edit there.

It's not the only option anyway. Go to Manage Worlds, enter cas.fulleditmode, then go into Manage Households > Not in World and edit there.
