How do I make the Ghosts come out and play?

Two nights have passed and she hasn't come out. :/ Is it just a waiting game or do I need to release her to the nether lands world? lol 2017 Edit - I've been busy - muhaha They eventually come out...

Just patiently wait :) Releasing her to the netherworld will delete her tombstone forever.
