How do I stop patients from leaving the hospital

My sim is unable to tend to them all, she can treat 2 sims maximum in one day, it takes forever to get the right diagnoses. So now I keep on getting messages of patients leaving, is there a way to pre...

At first I didn't get a pop-up when sims left. But now my sim is on level 7, I get them all the time! And by the way, the performance goes WAY down every time someone leaves! Totally ruins the whole career for me.. With the way things are now I will never be able to reach the top of the career.
