How do Toddlers meet other toddlers?

I feel so dumb, I am finally playing with my toddlers and want to make some friends. I have two couples, the adults all know each other and have met each others toddlers but when I play the toddlers, they are all strangers. Is there no introductions for Toddlers? I looked to see if an adult has to introduce them and couldn't find anything. I had the toddlers play dolls for awhile and when I tried to get them to interact with each other, they still identify as strangers. Help!

I found that toddlers are unable to meet other toddlers if they were created in CAS, and not born through a pregnancy. They can meet children & adults through "Talk to stranger" or "show toy to", but are uuable to interact with other CAS toddlers.
