Content use, EA or CC, depends on setting/story type a particular gamesave is
Unlike TS2 where every pack is a genuine addition to the game, I have only those packs with content that is of interest
at my age nothing down here is 'forever', but I do view a game as a long term item unless it is so bad it gets deleted or is so old it won't run on amy of my machines.
