How do you become a gym trainer??
My sim was at the gym on the weights and a lady sim was next to her and it said "gym trainer" above her name in red. Is it because of her high athletic skill?

That's my theory actually, that whoever has the highest skill gets the profession. I'm not sure though and I wish we could decide ourselves.
