Youtube has the option to slow down video playback speed in the settings. Also you could try downloading some of the more expensive houses on the gallery and place them unfurnished or with very little furniture. Sometimes they cost a lot just because of unnecessary decorations or garden plants or pools.
This happens to me a lot. I search for "shop" and there are only 100 results or so.

Oh I've wished for this so much. I was also finding myself wishing for a way to sort the gallery by lot types. You can sort by expansions and packs but I can't search "restaurant" or "gym"? I think I miss a lot of good ones because not everyone hashtags either so a search for #museum might not bring up all the options.
