I have someone make a cake and then add the birthday topper. If I am feeling on top of things I actually throw a birthday party for the Sim. If not I just make sure everyone is home.
I load up my app and load the appropriate list to pick random choices from such as skills or careers.
Then I go into plan outfits and come up with their new look.
