Birthday parties are very important to me. I always bake a cake and make sure I click options like celebrate before blow out candles so the other sims sing, blow horns and throw confetti. I decorate the room with balloons and orher objects which reflect sthe sims personality. A full makeover is very important plus later a room makeover. I like to set out different game items or for adult sims celebrate at restaurantscand bars.
I also enjoy it when I am invited to NPC birthdays but they are more exciting if your sim brings several friends along as often only the NPC household members will attend otherwise.
