I use the cheat you listed. Try adding "on" after the cas cheat. Like this: cas.fulleditmode on
I'm not sure, but I think I have to have on.
Editing through the manage world is the same as editing them in the mirror or dresser. It's strictly regular appearance (Clothes, hair, makeup,etc) that you edit that way.
I believe with the MC Command mod that you have the option to edit them fully in CAS as well. To be honest, I haven't checked the mod's CAS yet cause I always use the cheat.
